How do you pick a lawyer for an unpaid overtime case?
Look for someone you feel comfortable with and who has experience in your specific location and area. Check the TNBOPR website to make sure they have not been censured. With FLSA cases, you should not have to pay money for an attorney to bring your case. If the attorney wants you to pay a retainer on an unpaid overtime case, your lawsuit is either very bad, or the attorney has money problems and is probably not a good choice.
